1. Who we are

BrownBarry is a brand owned and operated by Prime Apparel Exports, a business registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are GST-registered and MSME/Udyam-registered. These terms govern wholesale transactions between Prime Apparel Exports ("we", "us") and our retail partners ("you").

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are placed via WhatsApp or our enquiry channels. Pricing is quoted per order based on your category mix and order size, and is confirmed in writing before payment. Prices are not displayed publicly on the website.

3. Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ is flexible and mixed designs are allowed across categories. Exact MOQ per design and order value is shared at enquiry and confirmed before order.

4. Samples

Samples are free — you pay only the shipping or courier charges, payable in advance. Samples are limited to one per design and subject to availability.

5. Payment

  • Partial COD is available for eligible orders.
  • Courier charges are payable in advance.
  • Full advance payment is accepted and may receive a 2% discount where applicable.
  • Eligibility for COD and exact discount terms are confirmed per order.

6. Dispatch & delivery

Dispatch depends on product availability and courier timelines; our objective is to dispatch as quickly as possible while maintaining quality checks. Every consignment is quality-checked and ships with a proper GST invoice. Delivery is pan-India from Mumbai.

7. Returns

Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are reviewed for replacement or resolution. See our returns policy for full detail.

8. GST invoicing

Every order ships with a genuine GST invoice from Prime Apparel Exports. You may use this to claim input credit in accordance with applicable law.

9. Conduct

We reserve the right to decline service in cases of abuse, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our catalogue, pricing or imagery. Our catalogue and product images are for genuine buyer evaluation and may not be redistributed or resold as another supplier's work.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of order placement.
