Pricing & confirmation
Receive honest wholesale pricing for your order size and category mix. Confirm designs, quantity and terms with a real team member — no bots for quotes.
Dispatch with QC
Your order is quality-checked and dispatched as quickly as availability and courier timelines allow, with a proper GST invoice and tracking.
Deliver & support
Pan-India delivery plus after-sales. Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days are reviewed for replacement or resolution.
Minimum Order
Flexible MOQ. Mixed designs allowed.
We keep ordering deliberately flexible so retailers can test a range rather than committing to a single style in bulk. Mixed designs are allowed across our categories.

Sample Policy
Samples are free. You pay shipping only.
We're confident enough in our quality to put a sample in your hands before you commit. The sample itself is not charged — you only pay the shipping or courier charges.
- Available across all four categories: Kurti, Kurti Set, Suit Set, Co-ord Set.
- One sample per design, subject to availability.
- Shipping/courier is payable in advance; the garment cost is zero.
Dispatch
Fast, quality-checked, pan-India.
Dispatch timing depends on product availability and the courier partner's timeline. Our objective is to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality checks.
- Every consignment is quality-checked before dispatch.
- Tracking is shared once the order ships.
- Pan-India coverage from our Mumbai base.
- Courier charges are payable in advance.
Indicative dispatch timelines are confirmed at order time based on stock and courier.
Payment
COD, advance, or full payment — your choice.
- Partial COD is available for eligible orders.
- Courier charges are payable in advance.
- Full advance payment is accepted and may receive a 2% discount where applicable.
- Eligibility for COD and the exact discount on advance are confirmed per order.
Returns
7-day manufacturing-defect review.
Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are reviewed for replacement or resolution according to our policy.
- Report defects on WhatsApp with photos within 7 days of delivery.
- We review each case and resolve genuine manufacturing defects.
- This does not cover change of mind, sizing assumptions made without sampling, or damage in transit handled by the courier.
GST Billing
Proper GST invoice on every order.
BrownBarry is a brand of Prime Apparel Exports, GST-registered in Mumbai. Every order ships with a genuine GST invoice, so you can claim input credit properly and keep your own books clean.
