Yes. BrownBarry is a brand of Prime Apparel Exports, GST- and MSME (Udyam)-registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Every order ships with a proper GST invoice, and registration details are shared on request — we encourage you to verify before you pay anything.
We design and develop every collection ourselves. Selected products are manufactured through our own manufacturing capability, and the rest are produced by trusted manufacturing partners — all under BrownBarry's quality standards and final QC. We'll never call a partner unit "our own factory"; honesty is the whole point.
Yes — buyer visits are welcome by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll share the full Mumbai address and set a time.
Orders
Placing and confirming an order.
Everything runs through WhatsApp: message us, receive the catalogue and your pricing, confirm designs and quantities with a real team member, and pay per the agreed terms. You get written confirmation of exactly what was agreed before anything is charged.
Wholesale isn't retail. Your rate depends on order size and mix, availability changes by design, and most retailers have questions a cart can't answer. A short conversation gets you better terms than a checkout button would.
Where stock allows, yes — your account contact can check availability instantly. Collections do rotate, so fast-moving designs are worth confirming early.
Minimum Order
MOQ, without the rigidity.
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on your category mix. Exact minimums are confirmed on WhatsApp before you commit — in writing, so there's no moving target after the advance.
Yes — mixed designs are allowed, and we recommend it for first orders. Testing a spread across styles tells you more about your customers than going deep on one design ever will.

Samples
Free samples, honestly free.
Yes. The sample itself costs nothing — you only pay the shipping or courier charges. We can afford this policy because the bulk you order later matches the sample you approved.
That's the standard we QC against. Bulk orders are checked against the approved sample's fabric, stitching, and finish before dispatch. Sample-then-switch is the industry problem we built this company against.

Dispatch
From Mumbai to your store.
As fast as availability and quality-checking allow — we won't skip QC to hit a date, and we won't promise a timeline we can't keep. Your expected dispatch window is confirmed in writing when you confirm the order.
We dispatch pan-India through established courier partners. Share your pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm serviceability and courier charges before you commit.
Yes — tracking details are shared on WhatsApp as soon as the courier picks up your order, along with the invoice.
Payments
Terms you see before you pay.
Partial COD is available for eligible orders (courier charges payable in advance), and full advance payment is accepted — with up to a 2% discount where applicable. We'll confirm the best option for your order before you pay.
Always. Every order ships with a genuine GST invoice from Prime Apparel Exports, so you can claim input credit properly. No kachha bills, ever.
Fair question — advance-then-silence is this industry's worst habit. Verify our GST and Udyam registration first, start with a sample, and keep your first order small. Every commitment we make is in writing on WhatsApp, from a registered entity you can hold accountable.
Returns
What's covered, in writing.
Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are reviewed for replacement or resolution. Report with photos on WhatsApp and your account contact handles it. The full returns policy is published — no fine print.
Change of mind, and sizing assumptions made without ordering a sample. That's exactly why samples are free — verify before you buy in bulk.
